  1. POLICY REVIEW AND MODIFICATIONS

The Policy will be reviewed annually by the Governance and Nomination Committee.

Osisko reserves its right to modify this Policy at any time by notifying its users on this page and/or by sending a notice to the Concerned individuals by means of any contact information at our disposal. It is recommended to consult this page regularly, referring to the date of the last modification. Should the modifications affect the initial consent, Osisko will collect a new consent from the user, where required.
