• Agreements include engagement protocol (signed in 2016) and relationship agreements signed in 2016 and 2020

• Employment of ten members of the Lhtako Nation by BGM since 2016 (mill employees and equipment operators)

• Funding of over C$1.2 M since 2016 for community initiatives, programming and referrals

• BGM also supported education costs and provided funding for Traditional Use and Knowledge Study

POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH XATSULL FIRST NATION SINCE 2016

• Interim relationship agreement signed in 2017 and is now expired. Objective to execute a long term relationship agreement in 2020

• Employment of four members since 2019

• Funding of $30,000 since 2017

• BGM also provided funding for a Traditional Land Use Study

• Will seek a long term relationship agreement
